Greater Portmore Table Tennis Club was established in 2013 by Mr. Matthew Dawson, an International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) level 2 coach at the Greater Portmore Primary School as a part of the school’s thrust to widen its sporting program. With this goal in mind the school’s students were the sole members of the club. However, it was later open to other students who add to the growing dynamics of players.
